This is an essential step in order not to consider them as objects but as subjects. Sure, they're animals, with a different language from ours, but I like the idea of being their voice. It's very playful and it's a bit of a way to bring out the animal part that is in us. Because we must not forget that man is also an animal. »

We worry as soon as a horse is not doing well, we grow all these horses with crazy energy. It taught me a lot. Château Bacon is of course sporting excellence, but it is also a peasant world attached to the land, to its land. It is a family business with a deep attachment to its territory. «  A territory where horses also have a say!
