INSTAGRAM CONTEST RULES - LPEJ 2021
Article 1. ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company PEEO whose head office is located at 112 Avenue Kleber, 75 116 Paris organizes from Friday May 28, 2021 (9 a.m.) to Friday June 11, 2021 (4 p.m.) included under the conditions defined below, a free game without obligation purchase (hereinafter the “Game”) from the Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/longinespariseiffeljumping/
Article 2. THE PARTICIPANTS
The Game is open to any natural person with Internet access residing in mainland France (Corsica included), excluding LGCT-LPEJ employees and staff and their respective families, having participated directly or indirectly in its organization (hereinafter “Participant (s)”).
Article 3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
From Friday May 28, 2021 (9 a.m.) to Friday June 11, 2021 (4 p.m.).
To participate on Instagram and be eligible for the raffle, they must:
- Subscribe to the following accounts or be already subscribed to them: Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping (https://www.instagram.com/longinespariseiffeljumping/), Carla Bellée (https://www.instagram.com/carlaetcie/) , and Philippe Rozier (https://www.instagram.com/philipperozierofficiel/).
- Mention in the comment of the post of the contest the Instagram account of 3 friends / relatives.
- Share the publication of the competition in their Instagram story by identifying @longinespariseiffeljumping (https://www.instagram.com/longinespariseiffeljumping/).
Article 4. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS

The winners of the draw will be informed by private message on Instagram, no later than Saturday 12 June 2021 (6 p.m.) inclusive.
Each winner must respond within 48 hours of being informed by private message and must indicate their full contact details in order to receive the prize and information related to the prize.
ARTICLE 6. STAFFING
The competition has a prize consisting of:
- A place for the LGCT-LPEJ 2021
- An LPEJ 2021 t-shirt and tote bag
- A meeting with Philippe Rozier and Carla Bellée
- A CSI 5 * recognition with Phillipe Rozier on the LPEJ
- A visit to the LPEJ site with Carla Bellée
The company organizing this competition reserves the right to verify the age of any winner before handing over his prize. The prize may under no circumstances be exchanged for its cash value or for any other prize. The organizing company cannot be held responsible for the use or non-use, or even trading, of the prize by the winner.
Article 7. COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS
In the event of fraud or proven fraud attempt on the part of a Participant, Le Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping reserves the right not to award him the Gift.
Article 8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Any processing of personal information communicated in the context of participation is carried out under the responsibility of the French company, Paris Equestrian Event Organization. The personal data collected during participation (first name, last name, postal address, email address) are necessary for the attribution of the Gifts. They may be used by Le Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping to inform Participants of the terms of delivery of the Gift.
On your data, you have a right of access, rectification or erasure, update, limitation, a right to portability, a right to give instructions on the fate of your personal data after your death, a right to object, for legitimate reasons, to your data being processed for commercial prospecting purposes, without cause and without charge, the right to withdraw your consent to participate in the Promotion at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent made before this withdrawal.
However, this withdrawal is such as to make you lose the right to participate in the Operation or to receive your prize, to the extent that this processing is based exclusively on the consent of the participant.

Article 9. DISPUTES
These regulations are subject to French law. Any practical difficulty in applying or interpreting these regulations, in the absence of an amicable agreement, will be submitted to the competent courts.
