Frédéric Anton, guest of honour of the kitchens of the Eiffel Pavilion

The LGCT - LPEJ likes to honour the finest French cuisine, awaken the senses and offer intense moments filled with gustatory emotions. That is why Coco Coupérie-Eiffel and Christophe Bonnat, owners of the Café de l'Homme, in charge of the event's hospitality, offered starred chefs Frédéric Anton (3 stars at Pré Catelan, Paris) and Frédéric Vardon to supervise the "Pavillon Eiffel".
At the controls of the kitchens, the two starred chefs will have a magnificent setting as close as possible to the track and the riders, facing the Champ-de-Mars and the Eiffel Tower, to delight guests in the "business" and "rider" areas. A unique opportunity to discover the dishes of these two chefs and to enter into the world of Frédéric Anton, who is also taking over the reins of the Le Jules Vernes gourmet restaurant on the second floor of the Tower this year.

Frédéric Anton: A passionate man and Best Worker in France, his career as a chef has been built with constancy and precision. Since 1997, his cuisine, at Le Pré Catelan (Paris), has constantly confirmed his talent and originality. On arrival, the restaurant had a Michelin star. Barely two years later, Frédéric Anton offered this table a second star, then in 2007, the realization with three stars. A prestigious title that the chief has now been holding for more than 10 years with his brigade. Guarantor and heir to the history of French gastronomy, Frédéric Anton is also taking over the orders of the gourmet restaurant Le Jules Verne, on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower.
 
Frédéric Vardon, resident of the "Pavillon Eiffel" since the creation of the LGCT-LPEJ, is passionate about the original flavours of the products. Passionate about "pleasure cooking", he likes to make very good what is already very beautiful. For him, gastronomy is not synonymous with luxury but with high standards, it must always lead to the pleasure and emotion of the guests.
